DJ Karen is a very famous celebrity among not only just DJs but also as an actor and model. This hot celebrity has always made it to the top in any type of showbiz profession she has chosen and stayed there at the top for quite a long period of time without anyone being able to question her abilities in any single place.
She was unfortunately in jail. She was not in jail for one or two years but for 5 long years. This has somewhat as expected derailed her otherwise growing career she had 5 years back. This looks unfortunate for a star who was going to make it huge in the showbiz industry. She has just recently come out of jail.
So, many must be thinking about why she was in jail for so long, or why she was pushed behind the bars in the first place. Then, if the talks making rounds are to be believed then she has actually been behind the bars for nothing other than drug cases that she got involved in. 5 years back her involvement in drug cases had shocked the whole world, including her colleagues, friends, and family. Her arrest in 2016 had brought down her modeling and acting career to a stop, that was not just a simple pit stop. She after coming out of jail has been talking about it via her show that is Maalala Mo Kaya. She is again regaining popularity via this successful show.
She was caught with her then-boyfriend when she had gone to visit him at his home. She has always claimed innocence saying that she was caught in a crime that she had never committed. According to her, she was at the wrong place at the wrong time when the raid had happened, and that raid was the main reason she broke up with that guy.
Luckily, the world was able to see her released from jail after 5 long years. It’s unclear what caused all of this turmoil in their relationship but one thing is certain: it had nothing do with drug cases or any other crime committed by either party involved.
When she wasn’t in jail, her career was going from strength to strength. But with the long stay at large and then entering back into prison for five more years after coming out finally puts all of that growth on pause–although it looks like there’s no stopping this rising star now.
